Planning conditions
  1. The works to which this consent relate shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In order to comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and to ensure that the Local Planning Authority retains the right to review unimplemented consents and to ensure their long-term future in accordance with Policy LP33 in the Council’s Local Plan.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 3-C-44238-1, 3-C-44238-2, and 3-C-44238-3. Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
