Decision & conditions

Prior Approval Required - Refused
2085355_Decision_House_Prior_Approval_PAHRR.pdf
Planning conditions
  1. The submitted plans appear to be inconsistent with on-site measurements, therefore officers are unable to robustly assess the proposal and its impact on neighbouring residents. Therefore, the Local Planning Authority considers that the impact of the proposed development on the amenity of its adjoining residents would be unacceptable, causing significant harm terms of adverse outlook and increased sense of enclosure of the adjacent occupants at no. 70, Icknield Drive, and 19A Ashurst Drive. For these reasons prior approval is required and refused.
  2. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
