The proposal by reason of the loss of the rear garden and any form of private amenity space for a larger family home, and the significant reduction in size of communal habitable rooms would result in substandard accommodation which would have a significant and demonstrable impact on the living conditions and amenity of future occupants, contrary to Policy D6 of the London Plan, and Policy LP26 of Council's Local Plan.
