The development hereby permitted shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 9403/11, 9403/30, 9403/50, Location Plan, Block Plan, Fire Safety Statement, and Design and Access Statement Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.

The dwelling house, as enlarged and/or altered in accordance with this permission, shall only be used as a single unit of accommodation, and shall not be subdivided, separated or altered in any way so as to create two or more separate units of accommodation, without further grant of planning permission. Reason: In order to prevent the creation, by conversion, of additional and inappropriate units of accommodation at this site, which may lead to an over intensive use of the site and to comply with Policies LP5 & LP23 of the Council’s Local Plan and Policy 6.13 of the London Plan.
