Planning conditions
  1. in accordance with plans ZAAVIA/23SD/301 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/302 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/303 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/304 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/305 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/306 (A), ZAAVIA/23SD/307 (A), and CERTIFCATE OF LAWFULNESS SUPPORTING STATEMENT.
  2. The proposed change of use from C3(a) to C3(b) is development as in this case the children do not form a single houshold and the use would fall within Use Class C2 which would be a material change of use a defined by Section 55 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, as amended, and therefore the proposed change of use to a children’s care home is not Permitted Development.
  3. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
