The development shall be carried out in full accordance with all noise and vibration mitigation measures, recommendations and specifications contained within the DAA Group Acoustic Report entitled '684 Chigwell Road, Woodford, Woodford Green, IG8 8AQ, 28th May 2026, Issue 01' The approved measures shall be fully implemented prior to the commencement of the approved use and retained thereafter.
Prior to the first operation of any approved plant and equipment, a post-installation acoustic validation report shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The report shall be prepared by a suitably qualified acoustic consultant and shall demonstrate, through on-site noise measurements and assessment, that the installed plant and equipment comply with the noise criteria, mitigation measures and acoustic performance specified within the approved DAA Group Acoustic Report. Any identified deficiencies shall be remedied and re-tested to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Where the approved mitigation includes acoustic enclosures, attenuators, anti-vibration equipment, resilient mountings, mechanical plant or other acoustic control measures requiring ongoing maintenance, a maintenance and inspection log shall be maintained by the operator and made available to the Local Planning Authority upon request. The approved measures shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and shall remain effective for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To ensure that adequate protection is provided against noise and vibration and to safeguard the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.

Any food or drink deliveries from the premises shall thereafter be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved document. Reason: To ensure that the site's activities do not compromise the safe and efficient operation of the highway or the amenity of the site's neighbours.
The applicant/developer is advised that the development must comply fully with the recommendations from the 'Control of Odour and Noise from Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems' publication (5th September 2018).
It is strongly advised and recommended that the owner/occupier install a Carbon Monoxide detector/s in the kitchen area to alert occupants/employees/visitors in the case of Carbon Monoxide reaching high levels.
The Sui Generis (resturuant and takeaway) use shall not be open to customers and staff outside the following times:- 10:00 to 22:30 hours Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00 hours on Sunday and Public or Bank Holidays. Reason: In order to prevent the use causing an undue disturbance to occupants of neighbouring property at unreasonable hours of the day, and to accord with Policies LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
Prior to first occupation/Prior to commencement, a waste management plan demonstrating how waste and recycling will be stored and collected shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to ensure the development complies with the terms of the application and to ensure sufficient refuse and recycling provision at the site is retained and to comply with the National Planning policy framework and with Policy LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
The business at the proposed site is required to have all commercial waste produced at the premises removed by a registered waste carrier. This is a paid for service and they would need to enter into a contract with the disposal company. If the proposed business is to dispose of food waste or is to be A3/A5 use. I recommend that all waste be contained within a commercial container (360/660/1100 Litre Eurobin, dependant on the amount of waste produced weekly). This container is required to be sited within the boundary of the property and not on the public highway/forecourt or in any other public place. Please note that the Authority no longer provides a commercial waste collection service.
