- The prior approval notification has been refused because the proposal shows inconsistent forms of development between the proposed sectional drawing (9139-411 Rev A), and the proposed elevations (9139-409 Rev A, 9139-410 Rev A) as the sections show a parapet wall that does not appear on the other drawings. The proposal cannot be fully assessed and if aprpvoed with would result in two seperate inconsistent proposals.
