  1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 1155-01, 1155-02, and Design and Access Statement. Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
