Redbridge Council Waste & Recycling Team note that the business at the proposed site is required to have all commercial waste produced at the premises removed by a registered waste carrier. This is a paid for service and they would need to enter into a contract with the disposal company. Please be aware that the Authority no longer provides a commercial waste collection service. If the proposed business is to dispose of food waste or is to be restaurant/pub use, it is recommended that all waste be contained within a commercial container (360/660/1100 Litre Eurobin, dependant on the amount of waste produced weekly). This container is required to be sited within the boundary of the property and not on the public highway/forecourt or in any other public place.
