Planning conditions
  1. The works specified in this application should only be carried out strictly in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010 'Tree Work Recommendations'.
  2. Your attention is drawn to the requirements of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if works would be likely to interfere with or disturb breeding birds and mammals.
  3. There is no statutory requirement to replace tree unless they are dead and/or dangerous. However, in order to preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area, the Local Planning Authority strongly encourages its replacement with an appropriate tree. (Its position need not be identical to that of the removed tree). Native species are recommended.
