Planning conditions
  1. in accordance with plans 328-EX-100-00, 328-EX-301-00, 328-PL-100-00, Block Plan, Location Plan, Planning Fire Safety Strategy, Planning Statement, Waste Management Plan
  2. The details submitted with this application are insufficient as they fail to provide sufficent details on how noise and disturbance from the use currently is and how it would be satisfactorily controlled. Without this information, the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the proposal would not lead to a greater propensity for noise and disturbance in a relatively quiet residential street, and result in an adverse effect to the living conditions of neighbouring residents. The proposal would contrary to Policy LP4(c) of the Council's Local Plan.
  3. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
