Within three (3) months from the date of this permission, revised plans showing details of a 1.6m high privacy screens from patio level to the boundaries shared with nos. 46 and 50 Lowbrook Road , shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The privacy screens as approved shall be erected as approved within one month (1) from the date of notice of the approval of details and shall and retained permanently thereafter for the life of the development. Reason: To ensure the amenities of neighbours are protected in accordance with Policy LP26 of the Council's Local Plan.
