The extension hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance in either the following manner: A. The finished floor levels within the single storey rear extension shall be set no lower than the existing floor levels at the site and flood proofing / resilience and resistance techniques in accordance with ‘Improving the flood performance of new buildings – Flood Resilient Construction CLG (2007) shall be included; or B. The finished floor levels within the extension will be set 300mm above known or modelled 1 in 100 annual probability river flood (1%) or 1 in 200 annual probability sea flood (0.5%) in any years.
