The materials to be used in the construction of the proposed front boundary wall hereby permitted shall broadly match those used in the adjoining front wall at 21 Herongate Road at the time of approval. Reason: In order to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and to comply with LP26 and LP33 of the Council’s Local Plan.
The external surface materials to be used in the construction of the replacement front pathway hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the supplementary tiling information submitted with the application, or feature tiling of an equivalent quality and type, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 and LP33 of the Council’s Local Plan.
