Planning conditions
  1. in accordance with plans, 25276-25-02, 25276-25-03, DWGNO. (Proposed Floor Plan), DWGNO. (proposed Front Elevation), DWGNO. (Proposed Site Plan), Block Plan, Location Plan, Fire Safety Plan (086520261205)
  2. The proposed outbuilding by reason of its increased depth, height and size, would be overly large and out of character, harmful and imposing development to the detriment of the appearance and setting of the property and garden, inconsistent with prevailing pattern of development and the visual amenity of the locality. The residential use of the outbuilding would be an inappropriate back garden development and forming incongruous use of the site. The proposal would adversely affect the character of the property and surrounding area, and is an inappropriate development, contrary to Policy LP26 of the Councils Local Plan.
  3. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
