Reason: Routine maintenance to provide light to surrounding gardens and for the health and safety of the trees. Repeat specification.Council Note:Following a desktop audit and review of the Councils Tree Preservation Order records, no evidence has been identified that Order 439 affecting this site was ever confirmed. The Council does not therefore treat the site as subject to a valid Tree Preservation Order. The application has accordingly been withdrawn from TPO determination.
