T7055. Hornbeam Tree. Approximately 7-8 metres in height. Crown lift over path by 3 metres. This will allow residents to not be disrupted and will also allow the tree to grow more healthy. Situated byt the car park/ muga on the grass area.Council Notes:Following further investigation by the Council it has been confirmed that the site is NOT within a Conservation Area and there is NO Tree Preservation Order protecting the trees. The Council therefore has NO statutory powers to determine the submitted tree works and the application is WITHDRAWN by the Council. No tree works decision notice will be issued by the Council.
