Rear Garden: T1 Viburnum. Fell to ground level. Reason: causing overcrowding and suppression of adjacent plants. Officer note:The plant identified as T1 Viburnum is not considered a tree species for the purposes of section 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. It falls outside the notification requirements for works to trees in a Conservation Area. The notice is therefore not valid and has been withdrawn by the Council. The proposed vegetation works may proceed without further consent.
