Application overview
Crown lift T1 ( London Plane) and T2 London Plane) as shown in the attached photographs. Also cut back overhang so there is a 2 metre clearance from the buildings, also as shown in the photographs. Remove ivy from T2 to preserve the tree's health. Crown lift T3 (Lime) as shown in the photograph to give clearance for HGV's on the road . We would like to crown lift the three trees to have a clearance from traffic and HGV's. We would also like to cut back any branches away from the buildings as they could be hazardous and damage the property. We would also like to remove the ivy from two trees for the health of the trees.

- TREE WORKS (COMPLIANCE): All tree work shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard BS3998 - Recommendations for Tree Work. In addition: a) No fires shall be lit within [10] metres of the nearest point of the canopy of any retained tree. No equipment, machinery or structure shall be attached to or supported by a retained tree. b) No mixing of cement or use of other contaminating materials or substances shall take place within, or close enough to, a root protection area that seepage or displacement could cause them to enter a root protection area. c) No alterations or variations to the approved works or tree protection schemes shall be made without prior written consent of the local planning authority. REASON: In the interest of the protection of trees and to safeguard visual amenities.
