- REASON: The proposed amendment to Condition 2 of planning permission reference 84/1522 to include Fraser Bond, who are not a Register provider of social housing, as beneficiary of the planning permission would, if operated by Fraser Bond, facilitate the loss of supported housing for homeless single persons of which there is an identified need for this type of accommodation within the borough. This is contrary to Policy H8 of the London Plan (2021) and Policies H1 and H9 of Islington’s Strategic and Development Management Policies (2023).
