- The proposed removal of Condition 5 of Planning Permission Ref. P2024/2727/FUL would facilitate the loss of two high-quality and locally sought-after self-contained Class C3 residential units, including family-sized accommodation, to Class C4 House in Multiple Occupation use without any replacement equivalent Class C3 floorspace or self-contained housing being provided. The proposal would therefore undermine the approved housing mix and reduce the stock of conventional housing within the borough, contrary to Policies H1, H2 and H10 of Islington's Strategic and Development Management Policies (2023) and Policy H8 of the London Plan
