CONDITION: The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. REAR FRENCH DOORS (DETAILS): Notwithstanding the drawings hereby approved, no permission is granted for the replacement of the lower ground floor rear French doors with steel frame doors. The replacement doors shall be timber framed double glazed French doors. Prior to the installation of replacement doors, detailed drawings showing the design, materiality and specification of the doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter in perpetuity. REASON: In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the heritage asset.
