1. INFORMATIVE: This decision notice grants approval of the details submitted pursuant to the discharge of all parts of Condition 3 except part d) and the ‘gates’ referred to under part c) only. In order to fully discharge Condition 3, details which satisfy the requirements of part d) and the remainder of part c) of the condition must be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation.
