- The information submitted with the application is considered sufficient to satisfy the local planning authority that the works as described would be lawful under Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C and G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, if instituted or begun at the time of the application. Therefore, it is recommended that the certificate is approved.
- INFORMATIVE: You are reminded that in order to be permitted development the relocated first floor flank window on the side of the outrigger (as shown on drawing no. 16) must be obscured-glazed and non-opening unless the opening parts are located 1.7m above the finished floor level of the room in which it is installed.
