- Condition 11 of planning permission P2021/2385/FUL as approved by this decision notice is now worded as follows: CONDITION: Prior to first occupation of the development hereby approved, details of how the development achieves Secured by Design accreditation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details so approved and shall be maintained as such thereafter into perpetuity. REASON: In the interests of safety and security.
