Advances, Quantity: 1 Finish:Painted Job: Advanced shopfront and shutters Ltd System: Exlabese KTS Standard Exterior View; 26016-01 Renewal of Front Door 87- 89 Existing and Proposed Elevations; 26016-01 Renewal of Front Door 90 - 95 Existing and Proposed Elevations; 26016-03 Renewal of Front Door 96 -101 Existing and Proposed Elevations; 26016-04 Renewal of Front Door 102 - 104 Existing and Proposed Elevations; 26016-05 Renewal of Front Door 105 – 110 Existing and Proposed Elevations; 26016-06 Renewal of Front Door 111 – 116 Existing and Proposed Elevations. REASON: To comply with Section 70(1)(a) of the Town and Country Act 1990 as amended and the Reason for Grant and also for the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning.
  3. MATERIALS (COMPLIANCE): The development shall be constructed in accordance with the schedule of materials noted on the approved plans and within the Design and Access Statement 'Replacement Main Entrance Doors'. The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details so approved and shall be maintained as such thereafter. REASON: In the interest of securing sustainable development and to ensure that the resulting appearance and construction of the development is of a high standard.
