  1. 3 YEAR CONSENT PERIOD FOR LBC: The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. REASON: To comply with the provisions of Section 18(1)(a) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5).
  2. DRAWING AND DOCUMENT NUMBERS: The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and details and not otherwise: Application Form; Location Plan; Drawing Numbers 26143 P0-101 Calm and Therapy Existing, 26143 P0-102 SEN Group Teaching and Sensory Existing, 26143 P0-103 Calm and Therapy Existing Internal Elevations, 26143 P0-104 SEN Group Teaching – Existing Internal Elevations, 26143 P0-105 Sensory- Existing Internal Elevations, 26143 P1-101 Calm and Therapy – Proposed Plan and RCP, 26143 P5-101 Calm and Therapy – Proposed Internal Elevations, 26143 P1-103 SEN Group Teaching – Proposed Plan and RCP Rev A, 26143 P5-102 SEN Group Teaching – Proposed Internal Elevations, 26143 P1-105 Sensory – Proposed Plan and RCP, 26143 P5-103 Sensory – Proposed Internal Elevations Rev A; Heritage Statement (21st May 2026); Design and Access Statement (20th May 2026); Sustainable Design and Construction Statement. REASON: To comply with Section 70(1)(a) of the Town and Country Act 1990 as amended and the Reason for Grant and also for the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning.
  3. ALL EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL WORKS TO MATCH (COMPLIANCE): All new external and internal works and finishes and works of making good to the retained fabric shall match the existing adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. All such works and finishes shall be maintained as such thereafter. REASON: In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the heritage asset.
  4. Any historic tiles revealed by the removal of existing fittings shall be retained in situ regardless of their condition. The three loose tiles in the proposed SEN Teaching Room (0/009) shall be permanently and appropriately reattached to their original locations on the wall. REASON: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the heritage asset and in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 (1) (a) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and National Planning Policy Framework, December 2024, Paragraphs 202 to 221; The London Plan 2021 Policy HC1 Heritage conservation and growth; and Local plan policies PLAN1: Site appraisal, design principles and process, DH1: Fostering innovation and conserving and enhancing the historic environment and DH2: Heritage Assets.
  5. This consent relates solely to listed building matters. Should it become necessary to make alterations to the consented scheme in order to comply with other legislation, such as Building Regulations, a further consent may be required. Such a consent should be sought and obtained prior to the relevant works being undertaken.
  6. The applicant, their successors, and developer must ensure compliance with the conditions listed above. Some conditions may require the submission and approval of further information to the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development, works, use or occupation.
