3 YEAR CONSENT PERIOD FOR LBC: The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. REASON: To comply with the provisions of Section 18(1)(a) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5).
