  1. 3 YEAR CONSENT PERIOD: The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5).

P00) – 37-64 Proposed Elevations, TBE19-IA-00-ZZ-DR-A-2021 (Rev. P00) – 1-28 Proposed Roof Detail, TBE19-IA-00-ZZ-DR-A-2025 – 37-64 Proposed Roof Detail, TBE19-IA-00-ZZ-DR-A-3021 (Rev. P00) – Proposed Guarding Details, Design & Access Statement (Issue A) prepared by Islington Architects (dated 10/03/2026), Sustainable Design & Construction Statement Template (undated) REASON: To comply with Section 70(1)(a) of the Town and Country Act 1990 as amended and the Reason for Grant and also for the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning.
