T001 as described in attached report by Evertree . This is a black Poplar Tree to the rear of my property. TPO 4/99. This tree needs to be felled as soon as is practicable as it is deemed dangerous. I understand we are commited to planting a replacement tree of a species appropriate for its location to be advised by Havering Council
