Application overview
The change of use of the vacant retail units LSU1, and unit GL16, and part of vacant retail unit LSU3 (Use Class A1) (including associated ancillary storage areas) to create a new foodcourt (Use Class A3). Single-storey ground floor extension to the Western Road elevation (infill of existing undercroft area) along with external alterations to ground and first floor, including the entrance to the Liberty Shopping Centre. Internal alterations to facilitate the creation of the new foodcourt, and other ancillary works including, re-configuration of existing units and layout; removal of part of first floor to create double-height space and installation of a new internal shopfront to the shopping centre. Replacement of existing roof-top plant room with new enclosed plant deck.
