Works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders. T1 - Common Lime - tree is located on the front corner of the property on the side of Stanhope Road, tree is in good health but has a dense crown and causes excessive shading - crown reduce tree back to previous pruning points. T2 - Maple - tree is located next to T1 slightly further down the road, the tree has a large wound in the trunk around 10ft from the floor, the tree above the wound isn't very healthy at all but there is living growth below the wound - reduce top of tree down to living growth to hopefully retain tree for years to come. T3 - Lombardy Poplar - tree is located on the end of the block on the Stanhope Road side of the property. The tree isn't in the best health and is probably coming towards the end of its life. The tree has extensive decay in the main crown area at the crown break mainly on the limb towards the building on the south side and the limbs needs to be removed back as far as is possible to reduce the chance of limb failure. Reduce remaining tree down to previous pollard points around 7-9m. Reduce the main stems remaining stems by around 3m. T4 Horse Chestnut - tree is located at the end of the car park bordering Stanhope Road - tree is in good shape but would benefit from a canopy reduction back to previous points to keep the tree In good shape and health. (Works to T5 - T6 will be considered under HGY/2022/4078 as these trees are in a Conservation Area but not protected by Tree Preservation Orders)

T6 - White Beam - tree is located next to the Ash trees T5 - crown reduce tree by around 2m to reshape tree.
