The amendments also include an updated Development Specification which uses the RICS code of measurement to update the floorspace areas for Plot A (to: GIA = 6,234 sqm & GEA = 6,933 sqm). 14. Decision MadeHGY/2022/3938

Species: Fig Sketch reference: T1 Description: This request is to remove remains of Fig as it is unstable. Fig tree, having been left to grow unmaintained for decades has collapsed. Fallen limbs have been/are being removed as they have fallen onto fences and are unstable. Pictures (Fig2 - Fig5) show fallen limbs that are being removed for safety reasons. Fig1 shows base of the major limb that has snapped. Fig 6 shows base of remaining major limb which is at risk of breaking and needs felling as soon as possible. Once this is done, little will remain of tree. Work was carried out to this tree in 2020 to try and prune/stabilise the tree but this was ultimately unsuccessful and the tree can not cope with it's own age/size/deformation, hence this request to remove.
