(T1) - Lime: fell to ground level because the tree is leaning heavily towards the buildings. The neighbours have also recently installed an outdoor office directly underneath the tree, which will be used daily. There is a cavity in the main stem at approximately 4m, just below historical pollard points. Paving has also been laid up to the base of the tree which will begin to cause damage to tree. However, rather than fell the tree it was proposed and agreed that the tree could be retained with a heavy crown reduction to the break. Leaving a 12- 15ft pollard.
