Approval is sought to lift the lower limb and reduce it back to the boundary fence line only to provide adequate clearance from the neighbouring property. The proposed works are limited to the lower limb extending towards No. 32 Western Road and are intended to improve clearance while retaining the overall form and health of the tree.
