Works to tree protected by a TPO. (T3) Pear - This is a very mature tree situated in the front garden. It has been reduced approximately 2-3 year ago. Proposing to reduce new growth back to old reduction points, up to 1.5m. This is to manage size of tree over public footpath and against front of building. and also to prevent any major limbs becoming too heavy and failing. (Works to T1 Birch and T2 Willow will be considered separately under Section 211 Notice ref. HGY/2026/1877, as these trees are not protected by a TPO but are located within a Conservation Area)
