T1 - Sycamore tree: Remove to ground level and replace with a more suitable one as the tree is in very close proximity to the neighbouring building, being 3 meters away from its foundations. The Sycamore also causes excessive shading, produces a large amount of dead leaves in autumn, and has a large enough cavity opening at the base compromising trees structural integrity and greatly reducing its life span (on the advice of a tree surgeon). The replacement will be planted further from the neighbouring building and have a smaller profile to the current one, such as a birch or hawthorne.
