This is again to allow clearance from the building as well as over the footpath and the highway G2 is a group containing of one Elder which is to be pruned back from the building to provide a minimum of 2m clearance and to suitable growth points. Within the group there a several young stems covered in ivy which would be severed as well as removing any dead stems within this area. All felled stems would be eco-plugged. All works will be carried out to BS 3998. Although there is a TPO on several of the trees within the grounds of the property, these trees do not appear to be covered however just to confirm. The whole area is however within Crouch End Conservation Area.
