Works to trees protected by a TPO. Sycamore T2 (20M high, 700mm dia.) - Reduce the crown of the tree on the side nearest the Apartments back to previous points of reduction and by up to 2 metres. Reason: Very close proximity to the property. Sycamore T3 (20M high, 700mm dia.) - Reduce West side of crown back to previous points of reduction and by up to 2 metres. Remove self-set seedling Sycamore growing from next to the base of the trunk of the tree. Reason: Large tree growing in close proximity to the property. (Please note that the works to the Lime will be considered separately under application reference HGY/2023/2102 as the tree is within a Conservation Area but is not protected by a TPO)
