Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
Conifer tree approximately 3 metres in height within circa 1 metre of the front of the house. The roots have begun to lift the paving slabs up towards the front of the house. The intention is to remove the tree before it can cause any structural damage to the house which is an old Victorian house. The tree is not covered by a TPO but it is within the Noel Park Conservation Area.
