Front Garden: T1: Mature Holly: Approximately 5.00m. Reduce crown by up to 1.20m. Raise crown by approximately 1.00m (mainly house side) whilst preserving screen on the pavement side. Reason: General maintenance to shape, tidy and control encroachment. Rear Garden: T2: Portuguese Laurel - (to the right): Approximately 5.00m. One of the two Portuguese Laurel trees has suffered from excessive movement and is rather unstable. Fell to ground level and grind stump to approximately 350mm below current ground level. Reason: To alleviate hazard potential. T3: Olive: Formative prune to encourage a more up right growth habit. Reason: General maintenance.
