Tree is a Laburnum. One limb of the tree has grown across the back boundary of the rear garden such that replacement of the fence with any fence higher than approx. 3ft is not possible. We are seeking to remove/cut back the limb in question so that it is within our boundary to allow the installation of a standard height fence to provide suitable privacy.
