Application overview
The enclosed Plan1 shows the location of the tree at the rear of the garden at 13 Talbot Road, N15 4DF. The tree is NOT protected by a TPO. We propose to completely remove the tree, i.e. fell the tree, instructing a tree specialist to undertake this work. The tree is growing through a metal fence (see photos Tree1 - Tree4) so is unsafe. We understand that it will become more unsafe as it grows due to the fence.
