The proposed loft conversion is only a roof extension to a residential family dwelling house volume under 40m3 which is under permitted development, see enclosed plans, the development is only a roof extension and does not relate to any other floors all other floors are existing. The existing extension roof proposed does not exceed the highest point of the existing roof height of the existing roof and accords with Class B of the GPDO 2015.
