Variation of condition 2, 6, and 12 of Listed Building Consent ref: 2024/00560/VLBC dated 30 August 2024 (variation to 2020/01842/LBC) to allow amendments to include the partial demolition and reinstatement of the ceiling within the council chamber, to allow for additional structural works to enable the earlier consented works to the chamber interior; lowering the cills of the three central windows on the northern elevation of the chamber.
