Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and B1a will change to Class E (Commercial, Business and Service). Along with amending the Description of Development, Conditions 36 (Outdoor Seating) and 37 (Opening Hours) will be updated to reflect this change to Use Class E.
