Deed of variation to modify a Planning Obligation relating to an extant Section 106 Agreement dated 11 July 1997, relating to the Property at 65 Aspenlea Road in Hammersmith (Ref: 1995/00002/FUL) dated 6th January 1995 to modify a clause restricting uses within the building to solely medical research uses, and instead would allow for office uses, the research and development of products or processes, any industrial process which can be carried out in any residential area without causing detriment to the amenity of the area, or any other uses (including residential uses falling into Use Class C2 or C3) for which express planning permission has been granted by the Local Planning Authority.
