Variation of Condition 6 (Juliet balcony) to provide a minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2023/01698/FUL dated 24th August 2023 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, including the installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; and installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roofslope." Amendment sought is that the balustrade to the Juliet balcony is to be a metal railing, to match neighbouring roof extension balustrades in Aldbourne Road and Aycliffe Road.
