Repair and alterations to the President's Room terrace located on the upper level of the two storey Clubhouse Pavilion, to include extending the terrace by 1 metre; resurfacing the terrace with promenade tiles, which are raised by paving pedestals below raising the floor level by approx 200mm; and replacement of existing metal railings with a new steel/stainless steel balustrade.
