Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission (ref: 2020/01283/FUL) dated 4 July 2022 for the "Erection of a 20-storey tower (plus plant) with single storey basement and ground floor mezzanine for residential use, ancillary community use at ground floor level, hard and soft landscaping and association". Amendments sought to improve fire safety and include changes to the central circulation core to accommodate a second staircase; new fire brigade entrance door; relocation of wet riser inlet cabinets; amendments to the roof plan to reflect revised building core and external alterations to fenestration detail to improve natural ventilation to above ground floor windows.
